attention grabbing

I think this image grabs attention by the tones of the fire the colours give strong tones that makes a person passing by want to find out what it is other techniques that make this interesting is the amount of dark colour for shadows and the body language

Mystery

I had chosen this as my mystery image.I had chosen this image because
that the techniques that suggest the mystery in this image are the blurred out army men , the flare behind that main man ,and the dark tones of the image

Atmosphere
I had chosen this as my atmosphere because I feel like it shows a atmosphere of fear and pain it creates this with a vast amount of black
and shadows with the eerie mist around the character in the image aswell as the body language suggests doom and danger

specific style

I had chosen to look at cubism style image the I think this is a good image because the way how the cubes / other 3D shapes transform into the man the colour scheme is more silver and black with the exception of the title. i class this as cubism by the way how the background turns to be able to create alternate fields of vision /different angles.

Strong reaction
this image is useful because it uses sympathy to make the viewer feel emotion with just the child without the text it makes you feel sympathy by seeing things that people take for granted that they have less of.

something to buy
this image shows something to buy because it shows lots of bright colours and it has a sort of holographic look giving the image a futuristic look making the viewer want to buy the product

minimalism is a movement that is unique by the way how it is something that looks simple but will always catch the attenion.

I had chosen this as one of my pieces to research because the piece is simple however it catches the eyes attention with the bright colours and the shapes make the viewer look closer

this is a piece that is simple by the way how it is a stripe or red and blue this is minimalims due to the fact of there only being 2 colours this catches attention by the contarast of the colours.
expressionism
Expressionism is a style that bases off couours and tones to be able to show the emotions the artist intended

this is a famous piece this is the "scream" it s use of red shows the emotion of either anger or danger by the darkness of the tones also suggest danger

this is also expressionism by the way how the tones are dark also shows warning but the white in the background shows seriousness.

Task 3 :producrtion of images to convey atmosphere

confusion

I made this image from the image below by taking sections from the wall and pasting in place so i was able to produce a knitted / cross hatched effected i chose this look because that was the most confusing image /texture i have seen before and as i was designing it it was getting more and more confused as i added a section.

This is the image i had started with this image I had seen the texture the wall had and i knew that the colours were instantly looking confusing

depression

I made this image from the image below i had created this image by making the image black and white i had thought this will suite the word depression because not many colourful images suggest depression

i had saw the man in the middle had the body language of depressed ,he is haunched over he's alone he is rested on his hand which suggests a lack off energy.

Love

I had made this from 2 buildings that i thought could shown love by twisting the buildings as if to look like the buildings were hugging and supporting each other i made the clouds orange to suggest the sunset and the sunset is one of the most romantic times of the day stereotypically i added the hearts the show the love just a little more than the previous had added grass to give the buildings a human like feature of being sat together sharing their time .

mystery

I made this image to suggest mystery by the way how peoples natural sense of curiosity I used this to try and convey mystery the way i used the curiosity was by making the view wander what is up the stairs and the way that it is crisp suggests that you might be able to see if you pay close attention to the image .

the darkness of the image also tells the viewer know that it would be scary to find out giving a sense of journey to the image

there wasn't many changes needed but they were made interesting .

sorrow

I chosen this image to suggest sorrow by the person being in the rain alone playing a musical instrument in a wheelchair I chose to make the image dark to show the feeling of sorrow the rain i hoped to make it suggest a great loss and he was weeping but not able to see also the fact of having a umbrella and not using it would also suggest sorrow by it showing you do not care weather you did get sick or not.

Happiness

i had chose this image tgo be happiness i had intended to try and make it look similar to gate of heaven i so to do this i had simply used a dodge tool on the pillars and the windows the reason i made the image brighter was so i can make it seem as close to a church to resemble religon and most people see religion as light and doing so makes them feel safe and feeling safe brings happiness.

i had tried to make this image resemble anger the reason I chose red was because it shows danger and i saw the sundial look just like a sword risen to the sky as if it was to look like some one was just about to be killed the main thing that suggested anger in my opinion was the text because the shape is jaggedy the was how it is jaggedy suggests danger and sharp.
