reasons why good banners are good is because that they look simple , they get a large amount of C.T.R
just because it is in a appropriate location clear to the content and the landing page is the 1st thing to appear allowing the user go straight to the site rather than getting annoyed it catches the eye of a potential target and it makes the target want to know more

this is a bad web banner because that it is too busy with the colours by this I mean that the person wouldn't want to look at it because that it has too much colours and text making the person just skip out on reading the ad

I think this is a bad web banner because its link takes you to a site to buy the game however it clearly is an add for the slogan generating software also the top bar is windows xp tool bar which makes me believe it is a fake when it is on a web.

this is a bad web banner because its writing is unclear on what it says the colours could have been chosen better its site was poorly chosen the reason for me saying this because it was found on a games advertising site.
